Coupled fluid-structure standard addition

@Scot Breitenfeld

Proposal to standardize fluid-structure simulations submitted, was declined:

  • File I/O capabilities which are out of the scope of the announcement.

  • Extension of non-NASA solvers and coupling codes.

  • Coupling strategy is limited to loosely-coupled and segregated time-advancement

Planning on investigating submitting DOE proposal.
